FAQS – FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAKESMASH SHOOT

When is the best time to get a cakesmash shoot done?

10-12 months is ideal for a cakesmash/pre-birthday shoot.

How about the cake ?

Cake should be bought by the client. Make sure the cake doesn’t weigh more than 1-2 kgs.

Where would the session take place?

The session would ideally take place in our studio. We have a small rooftop garden setup at our studio where we can get outdoor themes as well.

What should my husband, our children and I wear for the session?

You can get some ideas about the clothes from the portfolio.

What time should we reach your studio? How long will the session last?

It is advisable to reach our studio atleast 15 minutes prior to your session. Your session lasts up to 1 to 2 hours. However sometimes though babies can take a bit longer to settle, so ultimately we are at their mercy 🙂

How early should I book my session?

You should book your session as early as possible. book before 15-30 days in advance to to avoid last minute queries .Availability should be checked with us by calling us on 9908939222

 How do I book my session?

You can book your session by calling/whatsapp me on 9908939222. Your booking is considered confirmed only once you pay a deposit. The balance is payable before your session ends.

How do I pay?

You have following ways to pay:
1. Deposit your payment directly to our HDFC Bank account.
2. You can directly give cash to us.
3. You can pay through GPay/ phonepe(9908939222)

When will you deliver the photos?

It takes about 10-15 days to deliver the images. Your estimated delivery date is provided to you on the date of your session.

Do you offer any printed products?

No, we do not provide any printed hard copies/wall arts etc. we provide only edited softcopies and raw files

Terms & Conditions:

• Cake should be bought by the clients
• All images will be shared in digital format barring photo products.
• The session will be considered booked on receipt of the booking deposit- either 20% of the session price or the entire amount.The advance amount is non refundable and non transferable for any other slot in any case of emergencies/personal reasons.
• In case of additional images to be edited , they are chargeable at Rs.1000 per 2 images, Rs.2000 for a set of 5 images and Rs.3000 for a set of 10 images.
• Extra images with friends and family are chargeable at Rs.2000/- per person for 3 images.
• Once the creative-consultation call takes place, the preparations for the session will be considered as final. We will not be able to accommodate last minute requests for changes in colors, themes or accessories.
• We are unable to give concessions on the session pricing or deduct amounts in case any services are not being opted for.
• Unless otherwise specified, we will not be able to dispatch the images ahead of the informed deadline.
• Additional themes will incur an additional charge of Rs.3000/- per theme.
